Our services

We have established these services partially or totally for several insurance companies. They can be summarised as follows
Walk-in, cash free hospitals

The patient is not required to complete any administration forms or advance any money. Everything is handled by us and the hospital. The network is extensive, and all hospitals have Japanese-speaking staff on hand.
Attendant services

When needed, we will be able to send a Japanese-speaking attendant to assist the patient during his stay in the hospital or during his convalescence before returning home.
Medical supervision

We have a vast network of in-house doctors and nurses who liaise with the local doctors treating the patient. Our medical team in Tokyo relays vital information to family, friends and the Insurance Company, and offers priceless support to the patient himself. This is the essential element of medical case management - providing the information needed to plan the next stages quickly and efficiently.
Medical transport

Whether it consists of an ambulance transporting a patient from one hospital to another, or a small plane flying a patient to better facilities in a neighbouring country, we provide the appropriate medical transport solution for any situation. Our networks for World Access Japan and Mondial Assistance Group are more than sufficient for handling any eventuality anywhere in the world.
Medical repatriation

We can arrange for simple nurse escorts on scheduled flights, and organise more complicated repatriations with complete medical teams and equipment on privately hired jets. Our local teams are always on call when speed is essential, and our teams in Japan can be mobilised very quickly when necessary.
